Our Tenancy Agreement
The current tenancy agreement (Version 4, reviewed October 2024) was voted in at the October 2024 AGM and distributed to all plot holders in November 2024.
An Addendum to the Tenancy Agreement (proposed October 2025) has now been published for member review and vote in Autumn/Winter 2025. The addendum includes updates relating to bonfires, nuisance, health & safety, shared paths, and dispute resolution. Once approved by members, these changes will form part of the next full version of the Tenancy Agreement.
Please note: any plotholder who has paid their fees but not returned a signed copy is still bound by this tenancy agreement automatically.
The tenancy agreement sits alongside our Constitution, which sets out how the Society is run and how decisions are made.
The agreement is reviewed at each Annual General Meeting and updated according to the Society agreement and votes.
