Meeting Minutes

We believe in openness and transparency. To keep all members informed, minutes from Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are shared here. These provide a record of decisions made, updates on site management, and plans for the future.

Minutes are uploaded once approved by the Committee and remain available for reference throughout the year.

Please note: Only AGM minutes are published here. Committee meeting minutes are not shared, but key updates from those meetings are communicated through newsletters, the site noticeboard, and on this website.
