Treasurers Report
As part of our commitment to openness and transparency, the Society shares its annual financial information here. These reports cover the income and expenditure for each financial year, including plot rents, site maintenance, insurance, and other costs.
The Treasurer prepares the accounts at the end of each financial year (1st September – 31st August), and they are independently checked before being presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Publishing the balance statement ensures members can see that funds are being managed responsibly and are supporting the upkeep and development of our allotments.
