Our Constitution
The current Constitution (Version 5, created March 2024, reviewed October 2025) sets out the aims of the Society, how it is governed, and the responsibilities of Trustees, Committee members, and plotholders.
It was approved and adopted at the October 2024 AGM and shared with all members.
The Constitution works alongside the Tenancy Agreement, which covers the day-to-day responsibilities of plotholders on site.
This Constitution will be reviewed again at the AGM in October 2026.
