Following the AGM discussion about maintenance of the pond gate and surrounding fencing, we’d like to invite all plot holders to join an open discussion about what’s required to bring the area up to standard.

The aim of this session is to:

• Review what maintenance or repairs are needed to ensure the pond area remains safe and secure.

• Agree an approach that meets insurance and safety requirements.

• Gather ideas and input from members who may have relevant skills, experience, or materials to offer.

This is an opportunity for us to agree a practical plan together that satisfies both plot holders and our insurers, while keeping the pond area well maintained and accessible for everyone.
