Walton Open Gardens – visit the allotments

Walton Horticultural Society is delighted to be taking part in this year’s Walton Open Gardens event.

The village will be welcoming visitors throughout the day, with gardens open across Walton and plenty to enjoy along the way. We’re excited to be opening the allotment site as part of the event and showing visitors what our plot holders grow, create and care for throughout the year.

There will be plants for sale, a raffle, refreshments and a chance to have a wander around the site, meet some of our members and see the allotments in action.

Money raised from our participation in Walton Open Gardens will help support Walton Community Library and Walton Horticultural Society. Any profits for WHS will go back into the allotments, helping with site maintenance, repairs, improvements and the ongoing running of the Society.

Whether you’re a keen gardener, a curious neighbour, or just fancy a lovely afternoon out in Walton, we’d love to see you there.
